The numbers keep changing on a breach reported last week. Now Arirang News reports:
We reported earlier last week that the website of Korea’s presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae came under a cyber-attack on Tuesday and on this Sunday, new reports show that personal information of around 100-thousand Cheong Wa Dae website members has been hacked.
This is the first time the presidential office homepage has suffered a massive leakage of information which includes the name, birth date, ID, address and the IP address of its users.

Those numbers seem to be significantly less than what the hackers claimed, and I have no idea what the true numbers are.
