The California Department of Public Health investigated UCLA for recently revealed patient privacy breaches, and cited three UCLA facilities for deficiencies.

In response, UCLA Chancellor Gene Block wrote to University of California President Robert Dynes, expressing UCLA’s regret over the incidents and outlining a series of steps being taken by UCLA Health Systems. Chancellor Block’s letter can be found here [pdf].
