ABC is reporting:
Tapes containing the billing records of about 1.5 million people dating back 16 years that were stolen last month have been found. There have been no arrests made in connection with the theft.

Update: AP reports that 3 people are in custody and that law enforcement does not think that they had the necessary equipment to read the tapes. The three are being charged with identity theft.
