Calling it the “most outrageous, untenable cases to ever come across (his) desk,” Worcester Superior Court Judge John McCann today sentenced a 55-year-old former Milford woman to five to seven years in prison for her role in an elaborate identify theft case.
Charlotte A. Boehm pleaded guilty today to using medical records and credit cards to purchase almost $100,000 in merchandise from various Web sites.
She admitted to 12 counts of identity theft, eight counts of larceny over $250, seven counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and four counts of attempting to commit a crime.
