- Former Army finance technician Reynaldo Jimenez pleaded guilty to charges arising out of his theft of identity information belonging to over 35 active duty United States military service members. More.

- Willita Burnett, an office manager at an unnamed doctor’s office in St. Louis, was indicted on charges relating to her use of patient credit card information. Over a two-year period from January 2007 to January 2009, she allegedly made or attempted to make 1,464 unauthorized purchases from amazon.com.More.
