No one was immune to the massive debit card fraud scheme that rattled Windsor over the weekend — not even the CEO of a local credit union.
Charles Janisse, CEO of the Motor City Credit Union, was among hundreds of victims who’ve had money stolen from their bank accounts through automated teller machines in Quebec.

Windsor police have now identified three “points of compromise,” where debit card readers in local fast-food chain restaurants were replaced with bogus ones.
