Paul Walsh reports:
A Cottage Grove woman turned herself in several days after police circulated surveillance photos of her as a suspect in a case of credit-card “skimming” that netted victims in the Twin Cities area and beyond.
The woman, 21, gave herself up Tuesday afternoon at West St. Paul police headquarters, said Lt. Brian Sturgeon.
Her alleged accomplice, Noah A. Carlson, 28, of Coon Rapids, was arrested last week and charged with using an electronic device to swipe credit card numbers from patrons at the T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant in Coon Rapids, where he worked as a waiter.
