A member of the “Sacramaniacs” street gang has been sentenced to time in state prison for identity theft, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.
Prosecutors said James Daniel Moos unlawfully had information from dozens of people, and that most of the items were taken during burglaries of cars, homes and mailboxes.
