A pizza company’s customer database has been hacked and the details of several celebrities stolen.
DJ Mike Puru, Target presenter Brooke Howard-Smith, comedian Dai Henwood, entrepreneur Seeby Woodhouse and former Green Party MP Nandor Tanczos were among those who details were stolen when Hell Pizza’s database was hacked, the Herald on Sunday reported.
Passwords, email and home addresses, phone numbers and pizza orders are among the details taken.
The company’s 230,000 internet customers have been warned to change their passwords, and police have been notified.
Hell Pizza director Warren Powell said he suspected a former employee might be behind the security breach.
