Michael George reports that 1,000 to 2,000 voters’ petitions were dumped, unshredded, in a dumpster in Hillsborough County.
… The petitions are essentially meaningless, since Norman got on the ballot anyway, but they contained voters’ names, voter registration numbers, addresses, dates of birth, political affiliation, and signature.

So who dumped the petitions? The Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections’ office says they never received any petitions.
Senator Norman’s office did not immediately return calls for comment on Monday.
