The former owner of Spoiled Rotten Day Spa in Aptos was arrested Friday after several clients reported several thousand dollars in fraudulent credit card charges paid to the spa appeared on their credit card statements.
One victim reported that his credit card had been fraudulently used four times for a total of $9,600.
Spa owner Sonya Harting, 35, was arrested and charged with credit card fraud.
