Jonathan Sher reports:
Confidential patient records with names, health card numbers and handwritten notes about treatments have been found exposed on the grounds around London’s Victoria Hospital, The Free Press has learned.
The records were found in an area near the northwest corner of the grounds frequented by delivery trucks.

There were about a dozen patient records in all.
