Kokomo police are investigating the reported theft of hundreds of medical records from a local chiropractic clinic. But police are still without suspects in the January 2 break-in at Family Chiropractic Center. The center’s owner, chiropractor Jason Harp, said between 400 and 450 patient files were stolen. Police think the motive may have been identity theft. Letters were sent to the patients shortly after the break-in was discovered, and everyone whose record was stolen should have been notified.
