Seven people have lost their jobs at the Peterborough hospital since the start of the year for accessing patient records when they were not entitled to do so, an official says.
Jane Parr, Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) vice president and chief human resources officer, says 280 patients have had their privacy breached since the start of 2012 and the PRHC has “zero tolerance” for this.
