Two men have been charged with several counts of deceptive practices after allegedly stealing credit card numbers from restaurant patrons.
Liang Wang, 29, and Ke Xu, 25, appeared in Helena Justice Court on Wednesday on six felony counts each. An interpreter from Hong Kong translated the charges since neither of the suspects speak English.
Both men are accused of stealing credit card numbers from at least six customers at the L& D Chinese restaurant in Helena and then going on a spending spree on July 29.
