A Niles Arby’s employee was arrested Saturday after he was accused of stealing credit card information from the sandwich chain’s customers.
Angle Cruz, 24, of the 800 block of North Mozart Avenue, was arrested late Saturday night in the South Loop on charges of using stolen credit card account information to spend money at a downtown CVS.
