A 32-year-old St. Paul woman has been sentenced to prison for her role in a wide-ranging identity theft ring.
In Ramsey County District Court Thursday morning, Shauntell Burg was sentenced to 88 months – over seven years — in prison. She pleaded guilty in October 2013 to one count of identity theft.
Burg and three other women were arrested after a string of ID thefts that targeted retired state employees.
