Andrew Ware, 27, got nearly six years in prison Friday, followed by three years probation after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft, prosecutors said.

His cousin Latonya Ware, 27, worked for a medical services provider and used the personal information of patients to file fraudulent tax returns, prosecutors said.
