Thanh Nien News reports:
Hanoi police said Tuesday they had arrested four suspects accused of using spyware to steal money from 100,000 Vietnamese mobile phone users.
Three employees of Hanoi-based Soloha construction company and a website owner allegedly lured mobile phone users to download malicious apps from their websites.
The apps made automatic VND15,000 deposits to the gang’s account.
