Thousands of Kiwi dentists have been stung by a serious privacy breach which saw their private information published to the internet.
The accidental release of names, phone numbers, email addresses, usernames and passwords affects members of the New Zealand Dental Association (NZDA).
A 3news.co.nz investigation can reveal the private information may have been publicly accessible for more than a year – since April 2013 – when an independent contractor built a test website for the organisation.
