The Western University student charged in a security breach of Revenue Canada‘s website is scheduled to make his first appearance in an Ottawa courtroom today.
Stephen Arthuro Solis-Reyes, 19, of London, Ont., is charged with one count of unauthorized use of a computer and one count of mischief in relation to data for an incident in which RCMP allege 900 social insurance numbers were accessed via the CRA website.
