A former employee of a shredding company with a contract with James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa is accused of identity theft and other charges.
Federal authorities announced the unsealing of an indictment charging the former worker, Willie Streater, with five counts of wrongful disclosure of health information, two counts of access device fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft.
