The University of New Mexico Hospital faces a new lawsuit for not doing enough to prevent staff members from having unauthorized access to medical records belonging to Mason Campbell, the boy who shot two of his classmates at Roswell’s Berrendo Middle School in January.
Campbell’s parents filed the claim in state court late Thursday.
