A former college professor and FBI informant currently serving a four-year sentence in federal prison for mortgage fraud was indicted Tuesday on charges of operating an identity theft and credit card fraud scheme.
Paul Tomko, 41, formerly of Cleveland, is charged in the indictment with bank fraud, credit card fraud, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft.
