While divulging details of the investigation to the public Lt. Chris Eley of Henrico police department stated at though the cards were used at Kickback Jacks the breach was not from their end but by the company processing these card transactions. This trend is prevalent among all erroneous transactions by this firm on a nationwide scale. The restaurant has agreed to cooperate completely with the investigation authorities to protect customer information and stop any chances of further breach.
