Long Island gym owner arraigned on charges of misuse of customers’ credit card information

William Murphy reports that Thomas Donovan, the owner of  5 Star Kickboxing (previously known as KOXO Kickboxing) in Oceanside, NY, has been arraigned on charges of stealing more than $29,000 from Home Depot by using credit card information obtained from his customers.

Newsday has the details (subscription required). The number of customers affected was not reported. Donovan was arrested December 9, and is presumed innocent.
