After the proposed class action lawsuit against Neiman Marcus (Remijas v. Neiman Marcus) was tossed in September for lack of standing (opinion and order), the plaintiffs appealed. The Seventh Circuit heard oral argument on the standing issue on January 23. You can listen to the audio (about 32 minutes) here. The court will issue its ruling at a future date.
