In February 2014, this site posted a statement from St. Joseph Health System concerning a breach they had discovered.
Apparently, a lawsuit was filed over that breach in March 2014 (Peters v. St. Joseph Services Corporation d/b/a St. Joseph Health System et al), alleging that St. Joseph violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Now Law360 reports that the lawsuit has been dismissed for lack of standing.
