The school board on Thursday expelled three Effingham High School students — one until the end of the 2015-16 school year and two until March 19, 2017. The expulsions took effect immediately.
Although school officials would not explain the reason for the expulsions, citing student privacy laws, Effingham County State’s Attorney Bryan Kibler said his office is investigating computer tampering charges against EHS students.
