Erik Payne reports:
A credit card company that serves zoos and other cultural centers around the United States, including the Tulsa Zoo, is investigating a security breach of its systems.
Service Systems Associates confirmed Wednesday it was a victim of the data breach, and said it has been working with law enforcement to investigate.
The violation originated in the point-of-sale systems located in the gift shops of their clients, SAA said.
Guests who used a credit or debit card in the gift shop in Tulsa or any of their partner facilities between March 23 and June 25 of 2015 may have had their card information compromised, according to a statement from SSA.
