Here we go again. A woman discovers unshredded personal information in a dumpster. David Hermanovitch reports:
The information was originally given to Vision Nissan of Webster, NY. The documentation had been placed in the dumpster, not shredded, after the mobile car dealership from Vision had done business in Norwich.

Even though many states have laws that would enable the states to impose fines for this type of situation, fines are seldom imposed (maybe because the cost of pursuing it is often more than the size of the potential fine when a business has folded?).
