The World reports:
Hundreds of charges against a former North Bend Medical Center employee were whittled down to 33, and she eventually pleaded guilty to 17.
On April 5, 39-year-old Sarah Sluder was hit with more than 100 charges of tampering with drug records and more than 100 charges of forgery and aggravated identity theft when she was an employee of North Bend Medical Center.
