Lincolnshire police say that a three-month investigation has led to charges against three men in a computer fraud ring that could have involved 1,600 victims.
After a series of identity theft cases in their communities, police from Lincolnshire and Naperville worked with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in a long investigation.
