Antonio Sanchez reports an update to a case previously noted on this blog one year ago:
All charges against a former employee of a Rio Rancho internet service company, including embezzlement and extortion, were dismissed this fall due to a lack of evidence, according to court documents.
The 13th Judicial District Attorney’s Office dropped the six charges against former Roadrunner Wireless Internet Service employee Gordon Logan in September.
According to the notice of dismissal signed by Assistant District Attorney Sean Fitting, “there is insufficient evidence to continue with prosecution.”
