Two former police officers who leaked details of the alleged discovery of pornographic material on the Commons computer of Damian Green have been referred to Information Commissioner.
Former Assistant Commissioner, Bob Quick and former Detective Constable, Neil Lewis, will be investigated by the watchdog over alleged breaches of the data protection laws.
The pair will be investigated over alleged leaks to the media of information about the investigation into Mr Green’s computer.
