WDRB also covers the arrest, noting that when they tried to investigate “New Beginnings ‘Continuous Care Treatment,” they found that

According to the Kentucky Secretary of State’s website, there is a company called “New Beginnings ‘Continuous Care Treatment'” registered in Kentucky, with offices in Prospect and Lawrenceburg.

Open Corporates, however, lists the entity as dissolved in October 2017, for failure to file its required 2017 report to the state:

It is not clear whether either of the two local news stations attempted to contact Nicole Dowd, the registered agent, to inquire about the records found in Davis’s possession. According to WAVE3, the records also included, “copies of driver’s licenses and insurance cards, as well as a blank prescription pad from New Beginnings.” It is also not clear whether the driver’s licenses and  insurance cards were from New Beginnings or unrelated to them.
