WHAM reports:
A Rochester man previously charged with recording a woman at a tanning salon in Rochester without her permission may have stolen personal information and photos from as many as 150 victims, according to an FBI investigation.
On December 7, 2016, investigators with the Rochester Police Department said a woman at the Zoom Tan tanning salon on Park Avenue saw someone in the tanning bed next to hers with their cell phone, taking pictures or video of her when she was nude. She called police and reported the incident.
Justin Potts, 26, was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance.
But that’s not the end of the story, obviously. Read more on WHAM. Note that Potts does not appear to have been an employee of Zoom Tan.
