Nampa School District: Instruction Continuing in Wake of Cyber Attack

Posted on August 27, 2019 by Dissent

District continuing efforts to restore network systems.

As we continue working to mitigate the effects of the Aug. 21 cyber attack on our districtwide network systems, we recognize the many challenges faced by our staff and families. If you need to communicate with your child’s school and have not received a response to your email, please follow up with a call to the school office. Our ability to read and respond to emails is currently intermittent and inconsistent from school to school due to ongoing network issues.

We want to assure you that no student information has been compromised by this attack and data is secure. Instruction is continuing in all classrooms. Technology is a valuable educational tool, but we have many other resources available to our teachers.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.
