Sarah Motter reports:
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – News today from Stormont Vail CEO Dr. Robert Kenagy that their internal vaccine scheduling website was shared outside of their health system. Dr. Kenagy said that it appears as though an employee(s) shared the online vaccine scheduling program with people outside of Stormont Vail.
In an email to 13 News, the health system says that the site was shared with people not meeting criteria of the first phase. Stormont has disabled the link. Their team is now reviewing scheduled appointments and advising those who not meet the criteria that they cannot vaccinate them at this time. The health system is now requiring proof of employment to receive the vaccine.
