There’s been a lot of media coverage about a potential class action lawsuit filed against Northeast Radiology and Alliance Healthcare Services. Now one of the defendants has issued a statement saying it will defend itself vigorously. Marty Stempniak reports:
Radiology firm Alliance Healthcare Services said it plans to “vigorously defend” itself against a recently proposed class-action lawsuit tied to a picture archiving and communication system breach.
