If You Came Here Looking for Information on a Class Action Settlement?

Posted on March 31, 2022 by Dissent

A number of people have been posting comments or actually calling me about class action lawsuit settlements.

This site reports news about lawsuits and settlements. Sometimes this site may show up in a Google search for those looking for information about a breach or class action lawsuit, but this site only reports news. This site (DataBreaches.net) will not enable you to:

  1.  File a claim as part of a class action settlement.
  2.  Get yourself added or removed from a class in a class-action lawsuit.
  3. Help you find a lawyer if you want to sue them yourself.

For all questions about any class action settlement, you should go to the court-authorized class action settlement website.  That site should have directions as to how to file a claim and how to contact them. If you received a postcard, email, or letter about the settlement, it should have that website URL in it.

Go there.
Not here.
DataBreaches.net can’t help you.
Good luck.

No, You Can’t Buy a Post or an Interview

This site does not accept sponsored posts or link-back arrangements. Inquiries about either are ignored.

And despite what some trolls may try to claim: DataBreaches has never accepted even one dime to interview or report on anyone. Nor will DataBreaches ever pay anyone for data or to interview them.
