January 28, 2025 – Frederick Health Medical Group offices are open. Please be aware that you may experience delays as we continue to operate under current circumstances.
In the event that your appointment cannot proceed, the office team will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.
January 27, 2025 – Frederick Health recently identified a ransomware event. We took immediate steps to help contain the incident, and we proactively took our systems offline.
We are working closely with our third-party cybersecurity experts to bring our systems back online as quickly and safely as possible and in a way that prioritizes patient care.
Our facilities remain open, and we continue to provide care for our patients using established back-up processes and other downtime procedures. Nevertheless, there are certain delays in our services at this time.
Most appointments are continuing as scheduled.
