Michelle Arellano was charged in Chippewa County with stealing a credit card, belonging to an inmate, then racking up $2,400 in charges.

Monday, Arellano pled no contest to a felony charge of identity theft to obtain money, in return for dismissal of six other felonies. She is scheduled to be sentenced October 28.
