Two Mount Sinai Hospital staff members breached privacy when they “inappropriately accessed” Mayor Rob Ford’s health records, the hospital said today.

To their credit, the hospital discovered the breach through their own internal mechanisms. They do not say, however, what disciplinary action the two staff members face as a result of the breaches.
