The owner of an Alton restaurant is reaching out to customers to let them know that they have stepped up security to prevent another credit card scam from occurring. Two years ago five people, including two employees of Amarillo Tex’s Steakhouse and Saloon were caught skimming customers credit card numbers. Since that time, owner Shelly McCormick has added additional cameras that monitor employees.
