John Rawlins reports:
A sharp eyed city Streets Department sanitation officer came across critical personal information casually tossed in a Port Richmond dumpster.
The discovery took place outside the Rent-A-Center at Aramingo and Ontario.

Chavis said information including dates of birth, addresses, driver’s license numbers, social security numbers, and references could be found on these applications.

They say things happen in Three’s . So these rent centers get popped for using illegal software to monitor people on thier computers. Now to top it all off, they throw your PII in the trash. The next thing that could potentially happen is that all the data mentioned above gets sold or stolen by hackers. Then, not only will they have all of your PII, but it they may have some sort of blackmail if the “right” videos are stolen.
Crazy. They knew they were under the microscope and what do they do? The same thing that is expected. Take the cash, but don’t give a hoot about the protection of the customer’s privacy.
And they even had a secure bin for shredding feet away that they could have/should have used.
