The FTC’s lawsuit against Wyndham over three data breaches didn’t go unnoticed by Wyndham’s shareholders, one of whom, Dennis Palkon, recently filed a shareholder derivative lawsuit against Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and its executives in federal court in New Jersey.
