A man from the Restigouche region says people should be able to expect privacy when it comes to their health records, even if they live in a small town where everyone seems to know everything about everyone.
This after Mark Firth of Flatlands says an employee at the Campbellton Regional Hospital accessed his health records on several occasions without authorization back in April.
It sounds like they had software that notified them of the improper access. If so, that’s terrific!
