#5Nov or #OpVendetta attacks have been going for the past day or so and today a Italian Telecommunication giant has been hacked and had a very small amount of data leaked as a way of proving that they have obtained access. The attack is on Telecom Italy (https://www.telecomitalia.it) and leaked information comes in the form of 3 paste files from bin.par-anoia.net. The leak was published to AnonHackNews on blogspot with the following message
Telecom Italy boasts 3000 XSS error and vulnerabilities that allow third parties to access the "htaccess" and other sensitive data. Anonymous will not publish sensitive information of individual users. This one can define a simple notice to show that you do not have appropriate security measures. In fact it is very simple appropriated credentials and social security numbers. Good November 5. About 30,000 stolen credentials (such data will not be published in this) ask for a review of your services otherwise expect updates!
As you can see they are once again not going to be releasing this data but if the telecom company doesn’t ask for a "review" of the services then they are hinting that more data may be released in the near future.
