Saskatoon Sexual Health laptop containing 156 patients’ information stolen in November 2018

A laptop stolen from Saskatoon Sexual Health in late 2018 contained information about 156 clients, a recent report from the province’s information and privacy commissioner found.

In a Jan. 14 report, Ron Kruzeniski wrote that he found the clinic had taken reasonable steps to contain the breach stemming from the theft and has a plan in place to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
